“Negah Institute for Scientific Communication,” an academic publisher, works as one of the “Negah Institute for Social Research & Scientific Communication” departments. In 2009, it was established to provide professional services for academic journals. As an open-access publisher, it works with its experienced team. It collaborates with international service providers to maintain its commitment to producing high-quality journals, books, and other scientific media content that reflects a passion for knowledge and education.

1. Publishing Ethics

• All of the Negah Journals are committed to applying publication ethics based on the COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practices in its policies and services. Also, Negah encourages the journals' editors and provides reasonable practical learning workshops, surveillance, and support for them to follow the COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practices.

2. Research Ethics

• In medical studies, Negah Journals are committed to applying research ethics based on the Declaration of Helsinki: Statement of Ethical Principles for Medical Research. 
• In psychological studies, Negah Journals, published by the Negah Institute for Scientific Communication, are committed to applying research ethics based on the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct. 

3. Reviewing Process

• All Negah Journals published by the Negah Institute for Scientific Communication are committed to applying a double-blind peer-reviewing process based on the COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practices.

4. Conflict of Interest

• In conflict of interest, Negah Journals are committed to applying the ICMJE recommendation on "Author Responsibilities—Conflicts of Interest" and its disclosure form in authors' conflict of interest issues.

5. Open Access Policy & Copyright

• Under  Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003), Negah Journals fully complies with open access mandates by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial license (CC-BY-NC).

6. Achieving Policy

Achieving Policy in Negah Institute for Scientific Communication is based on the journals websites also in institutional e-print databases, PubMed Central, Islamic Citation Index Science (ISC), Science Information Database (SID), DOAJ,  Google Scholar, and academic social networks. Meanwhile, the publisher protects the journal's website archive even after stopping its publication to guarantee its content for a long time.
