This policy is established in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), and the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

Editorial Independence

Negah Publisher fully respects and safeguards the editorial independence of all journals under its management. Editorial decisions, including manuscript assessment, peer review, acceptance, revision, rejection, and publication, are made solely by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board of each journal based on scientific merit, methodological rigor, originality, relevance, and compliance with ethical standards.
Advertising, sponsorship, commercial support, institutional interests, financial considerations, or business relationships shall not influence editorial decisions or the peer-review process.

•    Be identified as advertising material where appropriate;
•    Not influence editorial decisions, peer-review processes, or publication outcomes;
•    Not create actual or perceived conflicts of interest;
•    Not imply endorsement by Negah Publisher, the journal, editors, editorial board members, reviewers, or affiliated institutions.
Advertisements shall not be sold or placed on the condition that they appear alongside specific articles, authors, products, services, research findings, or thematic issues.
Negah Publisher reserves the right to reject, remove, suspend, or discontinue any advertisement that is inconsistent with its mission, ethical standards, scientific integrity, or applicable regulations.

•    Could compromise public health, research integrity, or the reputation of the journals and publisher.
Separation of Editorial and Commercial Activities
Editorial operations and commercial activities are strictly separated.
Individuals responsible for advertising sales, sponsorship arrangements, marketing activities, or financial management do not participate in editorial decisions or peer-review processes. Likewise, editors and editorial board members are not involved in commercial negotiations regarding advertising or sponsorship.
Sponsorship and Commercial Support
Any sponsorship, grant, donation, partnership, commercial support, or financial contribution associated with a journal, supplement, special issue, conference proceeding, educational material, or publishing activity shall be disclosed transparently.

•    Publication schedules.

Sponsored Supplements and Special Issues

Any sponsored supplement, special issue, conference proceeding, or sponsored publication must clearly disclose its source of funding and comply with the same editorial and ethical standards applied to regular journal content.
All scholarly content published within sponsored publications shall undergo appropriate editorial assessment and peer review according to the journal's established policies.

Revenue Sources

Negah Publisher supports journals through organizational partnerships, publishing service agreements, Article Processing Charges (APCs), advertisements, where applicable, and other legitimate sources of revenue.
Revenue sources shall not influence editorial decision-making, peer review, publication ethics, or the integrity of the scholarly record.
Information regarding publication fees, funding mechanisms, and revenue sources is made available through the relevant journal websites whenever applicable.

Conflicts of Interest

Negah Publisher is committed to identifying, disclosing, and managing actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest arising from advertising, sponsorship, commercial support, or financial relationships.
