Our publishing policy at Negah Institute for Scientific Communication is that all research is for the benefit of humankind, and research is the product of an investment by society, and therefore, its fruits should be returned to all people without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and transparently. That is why Negah provides free and open access to all of its research publications online. So, the journals' owners have supported all the publishing costs. Therefore, authors may publish their manuscripts, and audiences can freely download and share the articles in Negah Journals.

Under  Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003), Negah Journals fully complies with open access mandates by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY-NC). Authors retain the copyright of their work. They can deposit their publication in any repository. It means that articles can be freely redistributed and reused by the author and others as long as they are appropriately cited. Published articles in Negah Journals can be deposited immediately into an online repository or social network without any cost. Negah Journals articles can be emailed to colleagues, printed, archived in a collection, course packs, etc., and distributed without restrictions.
